Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking an IT professional to join the team in Batu Pahat, Malaysia. The role focuses on hardware troubleshooting, system performance monitoring, and user support across the hospital's IT infrastructure.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage Active Directory access, and maintain critical systems such as Fax Core and PACS, ensuring security and standard practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma of IT / Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting of any computer hardware in the hospital.
• Day-to-day monitoring of system performance in terms of utilization and capacity.
• KCIS support for users, adds new consultants and application maintenance.
• Monitoring Network & Wireless Connectivity throughout hospital.
• Work with external provider or vendor on minor system problem whenever IT Executive or IT Assistant are not available.
• New price adjustment code request (HITS).
• Manage users, groups, and access level in Active Directory.
• Maintain Fax Core system.
• Infinite and PACS secondary support.
• Other instructions that may be relevant by HOS.
• Ensure compliance to Standard People Practice (SPP).
