Job summary

De Luxe Circle Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd is seeking an MIS Executive to join its MIS team on a full-time basis. You will manage the company’s information systems, ensuring smooth operation of CCTV, POS, AutoCount, PANDA and other IT equipment across outlets in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities include ongoing system maintenance, user training, remote support, project tracking, and collaboration with the MIS Manager to implement IT solutions. Travel between outlets is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of end-user support, network troubleshooting, and server administration.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CCTV, alarm, AutoCount, PANDA, email, firewall, Active Directory, PABX, POS systems, and other IT equipments.
• Conduct monthly inspections of IT equipment at all outlets to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot issues, take corrective actions, and report to the MIS Manager.
• Provide user training and technical support when required.
• Meet with users to understand requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Support outlet activities such as stock take and sales operations.
• Monitor assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Provide remote POS system support during weekends and public holidays when necessary.
• Update and follow up on the System Support Request Log to ensure all requests are resolved promptly.
