EI Power Technologies Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a hyperscale data center project in Johor Bahru. You will lead on-site construction delivery, manage engineering teams, and ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence while coordinating with international stakeholders from China and cross-border teams.

The role requires strong Mandarin and English communication, and a proven track record in mission-critical environments.

Competenze

5 years of core construction or project management experience.
At least 2 years executing data center builds, semiconductor plants, or equivalent mission-critical environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline.
Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, redundancy, and commissioning processes.

Mansioni

Direct all daily on-site construction activities, monitor progress, allocate resources, and manage budget from base build to handover.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems (high-voltage distribution, generators, UPS, chillers, cooling, BMS/EPMS).
Act as liaison between local teams, international clients, subs, and suppliers for alignment and conflict resolution.
Enforce EHS protocols, regulatory compliance, and construction quality across the site.
Deliver performance metrics, risk assessments, and progress reports to Senior Management.
