Exyte is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a design-and-build hyperscale data center in Malaysia. You’ll coordinate design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning to deliver a safe, on-budget facility ready for handover.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and risk, and serve as the primary client interface, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.

Competenze

• Typically 12–15 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale design-and-build, EPC or EPCM projects.
• Experience delivering mission-critical facilities, hyperscale data centers or similar complex projects.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end project execution from design through handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and vendors for compliance and approvals.
• Oversee site execution, subcontractor performance and progress to Milestones.
• Drive MEP integration, critical power infrastructure and testing.
• Manage project risks, changes and client/stakeholder communications.
