Fuku in Malaysia is seeking a senior Contracts Manager to lead high-value hyperscale data centre projects in Cyberjaya. You will own contract administration, risk controls, and key claims across CSA and MEP packages.

The role demands 10+ years in construction contract management with direct data centre experience and proficiency in FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke contracts.

You will coordinate with clients, PMC, and contractors to resolve disputes, negotiate change orders, and protect project value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction contract management.
• Direct experience on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Expertise in FIDIC, NEC, or complex bespoke contracts.
• Proven track record resolving major MEP claims.

Responsibilities

• Contract Admin: Enforce FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke contract terms across project lifecycles.
• Claims & Disputes: Assess EOTs, negotiate cost claims, and resolve MEP package disputes.
• Procurement: Draft contract terms and evaluate bids for HVAC, UPS, generators, and MV/LV systems.
• Risk Control: Identify exposure early and enforce proactive risk mitigation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Direct key contract decisions between client, PMC, and contractors.
