Job summary

Exyte Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor (CSA/MEP) to support hyperscale data center projects from construction through commissioning and handover.

The Construction Supervisor will supervise site construction activities, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, monitor installation quality and progress, and ensure works are executed safely and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Typically 2–5+ years of relevant construction/site supervision experience.
• Experience on hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, semiconductor plants, industrial facilities, or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Exposure to commissioning and handover of MEP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities for assigned CSA and/or MEP work packages.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Verify site installation against approved design documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Track construction progress and provide regular progress updates to project leadership.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.
