Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Kuala Lumpur seeks a VP, Transaction Capture Senior Manager to lead multiple teams and oversee end-to-end pre-settlement and trade capture processes. You will coach staff, manage front-to-back reconciliations, and drive improvements in controls and efficiency.

You will develop plans, KPI tracking, and SLAs while ensuring compliance and risk governance. The role requires 6–10 years in related roles with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in a related role.
• Subject Matter Expert in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading and act as advisor to junior staff.
• Maintain position records in coordination with trading desk assistant and trade processing functions.
• Support trade capture management, Front to Back reconciliation, and settlement forecasts.
• Develop and implement business initiatives and projects related to pre-settlement processes and transaction capture.
• Oversee volume, quality, and timeliness of deliverables and manage budgets and policies for own area.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, client service, controls and cost reduction.
