Job summary

Citi in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Manager to oversee Transaction Capture activities, coordinating multiple teams and driving strategic initiatives across pre-settlement processes.

The role focuses on risk-aware leadership, process improvement, and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables for Front Office Sales and Trading. A strong background in project management and financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a management role or similar capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Proven track record in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in financial services operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading.
• Maintain position records with desk assistants and trade processing functions.
• Support trade capture management and settlement forecasts.
• Develop and implement business initiatives for pre-settlement processes.
• Oversee KPIs and SLAs for capture activities and related deliverables.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client service and reduce costs.
• Conduct due diligence activities with clients to resolve complex queries.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and firm policies.
