Job summary

Citi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead a Transfer Agency Operations unit, ensuring end-to-end service delivery and strong controls. You will supervise a team, optimize processes, interpret data, and coordinate with stakeholders regionally.

The role requires 10–12 years in TA, deep TA knowledge, and proven leadership in a regulated environment. Expect shifts, regulatory compliance focus, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Transfer Agency services.
• Strong knowledge in TA business, products and workflow.
• Experience in managing operational delivery and client relationships.
• Ability to work in shifts and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a medium sized unit delivering TA services end to end.
• Ensure SLA delivery, audit readiness and internal controls.
• Oversee daily TA operations including transactions, pricing, and investor reporting.
• Coach and develop staff and drive process improvements.
