Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics or any other relevant background.
• 4 to 5 years proven track record as a Business Analyst or System Analyst or within a project / implementation environment with recognised analysis, specification development and testing execution.
• Experience in Health Solutions / Group Insurance domain (Employee Benefits Insurance preferred) an advantage.
• Digital benefits experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand clients' requirements and expectations and communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for new client implementations and manage change requests.
• Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements and translate them into standard templates.
• Clarify requirements with internal teams to ensure mutual understanding of processes and service delivery.
• Review SOPs, Admin Process Documents, and CRA for improvements aligned with client needs.
• Manage end-to-end change request processes and ensure changes align with global standards.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Support internal teams to resolve issues with the Configuration System Analyst and Solution Architect.
