Aon Corporation in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Health Solutions team in Malaysia. This hybrid role combines leadership responsibilities with strategic client service, renewal negotiations, and program design oversight.

You will lead a team of managers and executives, engage with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders, and drive renewal outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Formación

• Preferably from a broking or insurance background with proven expertise in employee benefits consulting.
• Experience managing large and complex employee benefits portfolios.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of employee benefits, including plan design and renewals.
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and negotiate renewal terms with clients and insurers.
• Prepare renewal proposals and conduct claims analysis.
• Lead pre-renewal and renewal meetings with clients to ensure alignment on terms and expectations.
• Draft and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Present benefits programs to employees, ensuring clear communication and engagement.
• Monitor and manage client inquiries and service delivery.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to direct reports.
