Job summary

You will bridge business needs and system solutions, contributing to onboarding and strategic initiatives. The position emphasizes collaboration with data analysts, developers, and stakeholders across regions, with a hybrid work model in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics or any related field.
• 4–5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in a project/implementation environment.
• Experience in Health Solutions or Group Insurance domain is an advantage.
• Ability to document requirements accurately and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in analyzing business challenges and providing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workstream for new client implementations and manage complex change requests during renewals.
• Conduct workshops with clients to gather and learn business requirements and client processes; translate into standard templates.
• Clarify requirements with internal teams and communicate client expectations effectively.
• Review SOPs and Admin documents; provide feedback and align with client requirements.
• End-to-end management of Change Requests and monitoring to align with standards.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Support internal teams to resolve issues with the development team on implementations.
• Outline business requirements for new system features based on client needs.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve best business outcomes.
• Support productivity improvements and drive key projects across assignments.
• Mentor and guide assigned colleagues within the region and globally.
