The role covers lead generation, proposal preparation, contract follow-up and payment collection, with coordination with technical and operations teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Knowledge of inspection, testing, certification, or regulatory compliance services is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and pursue opportunities per sales strategy.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing in consult with technical and operations teams.
• Coordinate negotiations, contracts, and timely payment collection.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns and marketing activities to generate inquiries.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to improve offerings.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
