Evonik Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end invoice workflow, verify invoices against delivered services, and maintain robust reporting. You will coordinate with teams using tools like SAP S/4 and InvoiceTrack, and develop consolidated supplier reports to support timely payments.

The role requires strong data analysis, independence, and the ability to plan and supervise activities with limited supervision, in a hybrid Malaysian work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 A Levels or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of office software and SAP S/4, InvoiceTrack, and Power BI.
• Experience coordinating others and supporting business processes independently.
• Able to analyze data trends for reports and aid decision-making.
• Plan and act with minimal supervision, under guidance when needed.
• Assist in data procurement, organization and processing to meet business objectives.
• Plan, organize, prioritize and supervise activities to achieve goals.
• Perform numerical calculations for report analyses with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a comprehensive resource for managing incoming invoice workflows.
• Address and resolve any issues related to invoices.
• Verify delivered services and ensure they align with the corresponding invoices.
• Develop and maintain an invoice log to track and document receipt, approval, and payment of invoices.
• Consolidate individual supplier reports into comprehensive consolidated reports.
• Conduct and coordinate impact assessments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Update and maintain contract management tools, templates, and reports.
