Job summary

Big Root Legacy Group is seeking an Account Executive to support the Account/Finance Department. You will maintain ledgers, process invoices and expenses, assist payroll, and help prepare monthly and annual reports.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of experience. Hybrid work arrangements are available along with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCount and MS Office; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, and expenses.
• Assist payroll processing and basic tax computations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
