Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and analysis
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables and payables
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external parties
• Support audit, tax and statutory compliance matters
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls and reporting efficiency
• Assist management with financial information for business planning and decision-making
• Take on additional finance responsibilities as the business continues to grow
