Job summary

You will manage financial records, support daily accounting operations, and ensure accurate reporting while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Strong attention to detail and language proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCount Accounting Software.
• 2 years of accounting or accounts executive experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial documents.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with clients regarding billing, payments, and account-related inquiries.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and financial records.
• Assist auditors, tax agents, and management with required financial documentation.
• Work closely with the finance team to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by management.
