Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a technically skilled professional to handle product-related queries from customers, field personnel and internal stakeholders. The role includes conducting application, installation and new product training, and driving business development by delivering technical solutions based on customer needs and market feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry.
Strong hands-on technical knowledge of compressors (fixed and variable speed), system design, electrical systems, inverter drives, controllers, and troubleshooting.
Experience with oil-free compressor and system development.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Windows, email, internet applications, and advanced Excel.
Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
