Job summary

Copeland PEO MY in Malaysia seeks an experienced HVACR specialist to support system design and technical sales for Copeland products. You will acquire proficiency in our compressors, provide design and field support, and help customers select the best solutions.

This full-time role is conducted through Pebl, Copeland’s EOR partner in Malaysia. You will train, visit sites when needed, and deliver lifecycle support while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering; 5+ years HVAC/R experience.
• Excellent knowledge of compressors (variable & fixed speed), system design, electrical systems.
• Knowledge of oil-free compressors and system development.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficient with MS Office, Internet, email, and Windows.
• Excellent planning and attention to detail; able to work independently and in a team.
• Legal authorization to work in Malaysia (sponsorship not provided).

Responsibilities

• Acquire proficiency in Copeland products and services, especially system design and operation.
• Provide technical support during specification and design.
• Support and own customer product lab testing in third party and Copeland labs.
• Assist in selecting Copeland products based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical sales questions.
• Organize training materials and conduct seminars on product application and installation.
• Provide ongoing technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay updated on HVACR industry trends, regulations, and new technologies.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVACR systems; visit sites as required.
• Communicate knowledge internally and identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide support to customers outside Malaysia and Singapore as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
