Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
2+ years direct sales experience in HVAC or related field.
Strong account management and customer-facing skills.
Familiarity with Trane products and installed bases is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary relationship owner for NBI customers and ensure a professional experience.
Develop and sustain relationships to support retention and account growth.
Drive engagement across pre-sales, sales follow-up, and after-sales service.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, service, and operations for seamless execution.
Support after-sales service excellence and address customer concerns.
Identify opportunities within accounts for cross-sell and expansion.
Deliver assigned sales targets through disciplined account management.
Maintain a healthy pipeline across installed bases to drive revenue.
Leverage HVAC expertise to align customer needs with offerings.
Document interactions, quotations, and pipeline activities.
