Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in HVAC/building automation industry.
• Knowledge of IoT, Cloud, and AI is a plus.
• Strong communication with facilities managers and technicians.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to audit control systems and HVAC assets.
• Identify digital gaps in installed bases and prioritize upgrades.
• Maintain a database tagging AI-Ready sites and retrofit needs.
• Prepare proposals for Controller Upgrades and IoT Gateway installations.
• Explain upgrade needs to Facility Managers/Clients/Consultants.
• Coordinate with fulfilment for installation labour pricing.
• Bridge client tech teams with digital offerings.
• Demo basic cloud platform capabilities.
• Follow up on service quotations to close retrofit projects.
