FlexDur Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Engineer – HVAC to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customers and promote HVAC products and solutions. The role collaborates with M&E consultants, contractors, developers and end users from specification through to project award.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering degree, 2–5 years sales experience in HVAC or building services, strong communication and travel willingness.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
• Promote and specify our brand, systems and solutions to commercial, industrial and residential projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through market development and networking.
• Conduct product presentations, technical briefings and product demonstrations to customers.
• Coordinate with internal technical, project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare technical and tender proposals, product selections and tender submissions.
• Follow up on projects from enquiry to order confirmation and negotiations.
