Job summary

Carrier International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Engineering Sales Support professional to provide application and system solutions in design and technical support to Sales Engineers. You will assist with equipment selection, technical specifications, schedules and quotations.

The role also covers tender preparation, system comparison, and reporting to supervisors, with emphasis on heat load estimation and AutoCAD, under Carrier EH&S standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or professional degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent.
• Knowledge and direct experience in air conditioning preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Possess initiative, determination and drive to implement programs and activities.
• Customer focus with excellent communication and listening skills; leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge in Heat Load Estimation and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides application and system solution in design and technical supports to Sales Engineers.
• Provides engineering sales supports including equipment selection, technical specifications, equipment’s schedule and quotation to Sale Engineer.
• To support Sales Engineers in preparing tender and quotation preparation.
• Provides system comparison & analyze products & technical information.
• To submit the activities reports to supervisor promptly and accurately.
• Enforce, perform, support and comply CMB EH&S Programs and Carrier Code of Ethics.
• To focus on Commercial and Light Commercial scope, mainly SEAP region.
