Requirements

1. Responsible for reviewing HVAC professional drawings and ensuring compliance with local construction technology standards.
2. Prepare HVAC professional construction plans, conduct technical disclosures, and oversee on-site quality management.
3. Proficient in CAD for drawing modifications and completing as-built drawings.
4. Review subcontractor monthly project completion quantities.
5. Manage accounting drawings, materials, and submit procurement plans.
6. Conduct material inspections and submit relevant data.
7. Manage subcontracting teams and coordinate construction activities.
8. Perform construction quality inspections and ensure timely process control.
9. Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
10. Report major HVAC-related problems promptly.
