Responsibilities:
Provide the full spectrum of HR functions such as staffing, recruitment activities, compensation and benefit, performance management, leave management, disciplinary and counseling, employee relation and other HR functions.
Responsible to handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration tasks.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Dealing with Government departments and regulatory bodies (ie. LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, JTK, IMMIGRATION, etc).
To assist in developing and ensuring the compliance of the Company’s policies, procedures and rules and regulations by the employees.
To handle foreign worker permit renewal, passport renewal and other related tasks to foreign worker.
To ensure payroll system and other related databases are properly updated.
To organize proper record keeping and filing of staffs’ correspondences and documents.
Liaise with managers and employees to ensure proper follow-up to queries.
Assist in organizing staff activities so as to foster good working relationship amongst staff.
To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in HR will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Well verse with Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation.
Preferably with experience in using payroll software.
Knowledge in HRIS is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of employees.
Initiative, resourceful and self-motivation.
Able to work independently and also collaborate effectively as a team player.
Applicant must be willing to work at Rawang, Selangor.
