Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HRM/BA or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational ability.

Human Resources Senior Executive / Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated HR executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, with a primary focus on recruitment and industry relations. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can handle sensitive matters with discretion and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
INDUSTRY RELATIONS

Handle disciplinary cases, including misconduct, absenteeism, lateness, insubordination, poor performance, breach of company policy, and other employee-related issues.

Conduct preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews.

Prepare investigation reports, show cause letters, warning letters, suspension letters, termination letters, and other disciplinary documents.

Coordinate domestic inquiry processes where required.

Ensure disciplinary actions are properly documented and carried out in accordance with due process and applicable labour laws.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, rules and regulations.

Ensure consistent implementation of company policies across departments and business units.

Conduct briefing sessions to employees and managers on HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and workplace conduct.

Identify gaps in current HR practices and recommend improvements.

RECRUITMENT

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other innovative recruitment channels.

Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records to ensure data accuracy.

Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.

Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.

Conduct employment reference checks and perform end-to-end administrative duties related to hiring.

Coordinate internship training programmes to support talent development.

Support the management of compensation frameworks and employee benefits administration.

Always handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a Related Field.

Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, covering recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly in creating formulas for automation and data analysis.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of organisational ability and attention to detail.

Highly organised, detail-orientated, and comfortable managing spreadsheets and documentation to maintain accuracy.

Must be willing to work in Solaris Mont Kiara.

Possess own transportation.
