Aveta Global Marketing Sdn Bhd in Penang invites an organized HR Senior Executive to drive day-to-day operations and improve processes. This hands-on role partners with department heads to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records.

You’ll support the full employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment practices, HR audits, and ISO activities, while maintaining confidential records and delivering a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
3–5 years of HR generalist/operations experience.
Experience with recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; SQL is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Manage day-to-day HR operations, administration and employee records.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations and offboarding.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
Partner with HODs and hiring managers on manpower needs and provide regular hiring updates.
Coordinate monthly payroll checks, attendance, leave, overtime, benefits and medical claims.
Respond to employee inquiries and support managers on HR and employee-relations matters.
Maintain HR policies, processes, trackers and documentation, ensuring records are accurate and confidential.
Support compliance with Malaysian employment practices, statutory requirements, HR audits and ISO activities.
Coordinate training programs, maintain learning records and support employee engagement initiatives.
General office administration tasks including foreign worker management.

This is a hands-on role for an organized, proactive HR professional who enjoys improving processes, solving day-to-day people matters and working closely with stakeholders across the business.

What you’ll do

Manage day-to-day HR operations, administration and employee records.

Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations and offboarding.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection and offer preparation.

Partner with HODs and hiring managers on manpower needs and provide regular hiring updates.

Coordinate monthly payroll checks, attendance, leave, overtime, benefits and medical claims.

Respond to employee enquiries and support managers on HR and employee-relations matters.

Maintain HR policies, processes, trackers and documentation, ensuring records are accurate and confidential.

What you’ll bring

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles.

Practical experience across recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, employee relations and HR administration.

Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.

Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; SQL experience is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, detail-oriented and independent working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Work closely with management, HODs and employees across a broad range of HR activities.

Help improve HR processes, policies and systems in a practical, hands-on environment.
