Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Around 3 years of HR working experience.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering business-aligned talent training programs.
• Experience planning employee engagement activities, cultural events and large-scale corporate gatherings including annual dinner.
• Skilled in onboarding process optimization, internal communication and efficient cross-departmental coordination.
• Strong logical thinking, execution ability and careful, responsible working attitude.
• Excellent stress resistance, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of bilingual workplace communication, document editing and cross-departmental coordination smoothly.
