Job summary

Beyondsoft in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for overseas roles. You will design sourcing strategies, post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support offers and onboarding.

You will help establish overseas business teams from 0 to 1, liaise with clients and business units, monitor market trends, and provide insights to guide hiring decisions. Fluency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

Job description

Support the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas talent acquisition in an organized and efficient manner. Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies, including but not limited to job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding management.

Support the establishment of overseas business teams from the ground up (0-1). Maintain close and effective communication with business units and clients, understand hiring requirements and talent standards, and ensure recruitment targets are achieved on time. Monitor industry and talent market trends, and provide market insights and talent analysis reports to support business decisions.

Conduct job analysis based on clients' industries, formulate sourcing strategies for target candidates, and manage recruitment-related projects, including international talent mapping and executive/high-end talent acquisition.

Continuously explore and develop recruitment channels, perform targeted channel analysis and optimization, analyze recruitment data and funnel metrics, and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.

Candidates with prior working experience in recruitment will be added advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with high interpersonal sensitivity and influence.

Passionate about recruitment, highly self-motivated, and willing to take on challenges.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages as working languages as need to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
