Job summary

You will oversee a team, develop policies, manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and relations, while ensuring regulatory compliance and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically and provide pragmatic solutions to complex HR challenges
• Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting
• Hands-on experience in talent management and employee engagement initiatives
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
