Job summary

FOZ One Sdn Bhd, a premier household appliances contract manufacturer based in Senai, Johor, Malaysia, seeks an HR Executive to drive Training Needs Analysis, plan and monitor training programmes, maintain LMS, and ensure records and audits compliance. The role supports organizational development, engagement initiatives, performance management, and HR processes improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee development needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal, external, OJT, briefing, and other training programmes.
• Coordinate training schedules, trainers, venues, materials, attendance, and evaluation.
• Maintain and update employee training records and LMS.
• Monitor training effectiveness, completion, and training hours.
• Prepare training reports, analysis, and management updates.
• Coordinate HRD Corp-related training matters, where applicable.
• Support leadership development, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure training activities and records comply with company requirements and audit standards.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Assist in improving HR processes, workflows, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and coordinate employee engagement and employee well-being activities.
• Support performance management and employee development programmes.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
• Monitor and manage employee hostel matters, including occupancy, allocation, maintenance, cleanliness, and complaints.
• Coordinate general facilities, office administration, uniform and workplace-related matters.
• Monitor GA-related invoices, service providers, contracts, and payment documentation.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, service providers, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for GA activities and services.
• Support and perform general HR functions and other ad hoc tasks as and when required."],
