Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, develop HR policies, and coordinate training to support employee growth and engagement. The role requires strong knowledge of labour laws, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

You will work with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals and maintain accurate HR records. Minimum 3 years in HR, a relevant degree, and proficiency with HR software are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in a customer service or call centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with diplomacy and discretion.
• Proficient in HR software and database management.
• A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities
