SALIHIN International is seeking a Human Resources Director for a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. You will lead the HR function, shaping strategies to support growth, culture, and regulatory compliance, while guiding performance management, labor relations, and workforce planning.
You will partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR systems, mentoring the HR team and promoting continuous improvement across SALIHIN member firms.

The Human Resources Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for leading the HR function, including developing and implementing HR strategies that support the firm’s growth, culture, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, guiding performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to labor and employment regulations. The Human Resources Director will partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning. The role also includes mentoring HR team members, managing HR systems and reporting, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices across SALIHIN member firms.
