Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support warehouse operations.

You will manage attendance, handle disciplinary matters, and allocate workforce in coordination with supervisors. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, processing contracts, advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, and assisting with grievances in line with company policies and Malaysian laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Requirements
