Job description

Fully responsible for the company’s human resources management, aligned with the business strategy and organizational development goals. Oversee recruitment, compensation and performance, employee relations, talent development, HRBP, and organizational development modules. Establish a standardized, professional, and results-oriented HR management system to provide talent and organizational support for business growth.

Establish and optimize HR management policies and procedures.

Formulate management methods for recruitment, compensation, performance, employee relations, and training.

Promote standardization and digitalization of HR processes.

Build organizational and position management mechanisms.

Ensure policies comply with business needs and legal regulations.

Drive organizational structure optimization.

Manage compensation and performance, implement KPI/OKR performance systems.

Oversee employee relations and corporate culture, manage labor relations and employee discipline.

Drive talent development and leadership training.

Manage HR operations and data.

Job Requirements

More than 5 years of professional HR experience, familiar with the six major HR modules.

Strong leadership, cross-departmental collaboration, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in leading express delivery/logistics enterprises (e.g., J&T Express in other countries, SF Express, Shopee, Cainiao, or etc).
