Job summary

FABCOM, a Kuala Lumpur-based digital media and consulting agency, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support onboarding, offboarding and office administration while delivering an excellent employee experience.

You will partner with HRBPs and engage with local vendors, manage recruitment logistics in Malaysia, and help implement process improvements to drive operational excellence across HR operations and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR operations and office administration experience.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate and employee experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for local office management, vendor relationships, office activities, and administrative cost management.
• Partner with HRBPs to drive operational excellence and enhance employee experience across HR operations and engagement.
• Collaborate with the wider HR and Administrative teams to coordinate company-wide events.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will manage onboarding, offboarding, and office administrative duties while ensuring an exceptional employee experience for our Kuala Lumpur–based team. You should be proactive in driving continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage On-boarding and Offboarding, deliver a high-quality experience at every touchpoint. Assist with recruitment logistics to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers in Malaysia.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local office management, vendor relationships, office activities, and administrative cost management.
• Partner with HRBPs to drive operational excellence and enhance employee experience across HR operations, talent attraction, and team engagement.
• Collaborate with the wider HR and Administrative teams to coordinate company-wide events, such as the Annual Dinner and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2 years of well-rounded experience in HR operations and office administration. People with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
