Cambridge Industries Group (CIG) in Malaysia (Penang/Batu Kawan) is seeking an HR and Administrative Support professional to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and daily admin tasks. The role supports expatriate arrangements, accommodation coordination, and office operations, requiring Mandarin fluency and strong MS Office skills.
The successful candidate will manage communications with employees and external partners, prepare documents, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Human Resources and Administrative Support
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Support expatriate arrangements when required.
Coordinate employee uniforms, lockers, access cards, and other related administrative matters.
Arrange employee accommodation, transportation, and meal coordination.
Liaise with apartment management to support registration for employee and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Coordinate with agents on hostel accommodation arrangements and daily management, including new hostel setup, procurement, and replenishment of supplies.
Maintain communication with hostel leaders to follow up on maintenance requests and coordinate with agents and relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and internal announcements.
Manage office administration and daily clerical duties.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and inventory monitoring.
Coordination and Communication
Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and external parties.
Follow up on pending administrative and HR matters.
Support management with ad-hoc assignments and operational coordination.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
