Job summary

WCC Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Advisor to join our growing team. You will partner with managers and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive a positive and engaging workplace culture.

You will advise on HR policies, assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, coordinate performance management and talent development, and ensure HR administration is accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
