Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive to join our dedicated team in Kapar Bestari, Klang. If you are dynamic and proactive with a passion for recruitment, payroll, and HR administration, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining HR records in the HR system, and preparing letters, contracts, and memos. Mandarin is a must; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is also expected.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language is mandatory for effective communication.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.

What do we need you to do (Your Key Responsibilities):

Recruitment Management: Handle the entire recruitment process from monitoring manpower requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangements, to job offers and onboarding.

HR System Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate HR records, ensuring our HR system is always up-to-date.

Documentation: Prepare essential documents such as letters, contracts, and memos.

What We're Looking For (Job Requirements):

Languages: MANDARIN is a must, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Educational Background: A diploma or bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in HR role is a plus.

Availability: Ability to start immediately is an added advantage.
