We are looking for a resourceful, results-oriented and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day HR operations, with key responsibilities in Recruitment, Payroll and Employee Administration.
In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to various areas of HR while working closely with employees and management. Training and mentoring will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to develop a strong foundation in the field.
Manage and coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview arrangements and follow-ups.
Expedite recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring and minimize business disruption.
Coordinate staff movements and ensure timely completion of relevant HR documentation.
Conduct orientation and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in the preparation of monthly staff payroll accurately and promptly.
Assist with statutory payroll-related matters and submissions where required.
Maintain and update employee records and personnel documentation.
Handle overtime and staff claim
Preparing manpower reports for staff movement and updating for payroll purposes.
Coordinate and organise employee training programmes and development initiatives.
Maintain training records and monitor employee participation and training compliance.
Assist with training-related documentation and administrative matters.
Maintain accurate employee databases, personnel files and HR records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Assist with HR compliance matters and maintain relevant records and documentation.
Other HR tasks as and when deemed necessary by the Management
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience preferable in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and HR practices is an advantage
Responsible and able to handle confidential information professionally.
A good communicator with a positive attitude.
Languages both conversational and written : BM and English
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
