Job summary

Solana Tec Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced HR Executive to handle recruitment, performance appraisal, culture building, training and development, and employee relations in a fast-growing SME. The role focuses on coordinating HR processes and supporting a dynamic team in Malaysia.

You will contribute to building a positive workplace, managing HR functions, and driving talent development while adapting to rapid business growth and evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree and with at least 2 years experience in HR functions.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with team members.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires interaction with English and Mandarin speaking employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment (screening, interview coordination, follow-up).
• Manage Staff Performance HR functions such as KPI, career progression planning.
• Plan and coordinate training and team activities.
• Support office operations and internal coordination.
• Work with teams to improve processes and efficiency.
