5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking an organized HR Payroll Officer to manage the full payroll cycle for retail staff. You will ensure accurate statutory deductions and timely benefits administration, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities include calculating OT, liaising with KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN and HRD Corp, and maintaining leave, medical claims and attendance records. You will also manage personnel files and assist in HR admin tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain total confidentiality.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for data entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Perform full set of retail staff payroll involving statutory deduction& contribution, benefit payment/deduction
• Calculate staffâs OT and incentives prior to computation of payroll processing
• To liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp
• Monitor & update and administer staff leave, medical claim and attendance records accurately
• Manage employee personnel file and data management
• Follow-up and update job descriptions for new, transferred or promoted staff/position
• Assist in reviewing retail staffâs KPI
• Provide assistance in other HR administrative duties
  

Job Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to keep and operate in total confidentiality
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as some of the data needs to be entry in Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications Microsoft Office - Words, Excel & Power point
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
