Job summary

INSPUR COMMUNICATION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to implement and maintain HSE systems on construction projects in Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

The role requires 5–8 years HSE experience (3+ years in data centers or large-scale projects), SHO certification, and fluency in English and Malay, with Mandarin a plus. You will lead risk assessments, training, audits, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety, health or engineering field and SHO certification.
• 5–8 years HSE experience in construction with 3+ years on large projects or data centers.
• Familiarity with DOSH, CIDB and ISO 45001/14001 standards.
• Strong communication in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the HSE management system per DOSH, CIDB and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, JHA, safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Monitor site activities, lead toolbox talks, inductions and safety patrols.
• Organize HSE training and deliver safety programs for site personnel.
• Develop emergency response plans and run drills with functional equipment.
• Prepare HSE records, reports and statistics for management and clients.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulators on HSE matters.
