Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead incident investigations and develop robust HSE guidelines for Greenfield data centre projects in Malaysia. The role focuses on integrating HSE into construction and operations, overseeing PTW processes, and coordinating safety training and drills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in safety-related fields and at least 4 years of HSE experience in construction or operations, with knowledge of HSE management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Science, Engineering or related field.
• Min. 4 years of HSE experience, preferably in construction projects and operations.
• Knowledge of HSE Management Systems, environmental requirements, incident investigation/RCA, IC and safety auditing.
• Familiarity with Singapore HSE regulations, codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident investigations, RCA and corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop HSE guidelines for Greenfield data centre and fit-out projects.
• Ensure HSE requirements are incorporated into construction and operational activities.
• Manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) process.
• Coordinate HSE meetings, workshops, emergency drills, training and safety programmes.
• Conduct HSE audits and support continuous improvement of site safety standards.
