Job summary

Rolling Arrays Consulting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an experienced HRTech Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of implementation projects. You will govern scope, schedule, resources, and quality, while maintaining strong client relationships and steering committee presentations.

Success requires 7–10 years in HRTech project management, a proven track record delivering large software implementations, and strong leadership, communication, and financial management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in HRTech implementations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale software implementations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
• Certification: Product recommended Project Management Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Ownership: lead end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure, manage scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with client sponsors and stakeholders; lead executive reviews.
• Risk & Escalation Governance: proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations; develop mitigations.
• Team Leadership: lead cross-functional teams; coach junior members; conduct 1:1s with actionable feedback.
• PMO Governance: adhere to RA PMO standards; ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
