Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, develop, and deliver HRMS training for internal and external users. You will cover modules such as Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Claims, LMS, and TMS, ensuring users can effectively operate the system.

The role requires hands-on training delivery, material creation, and post-session support, with strong presentation skills and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM/Business Administration/IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of HRMS/SaaS training or system implementation experience.
• HRD Accredited Trainer certification is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR processes like payroll, leave, attendance, and claims.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HRMS training sessions to new and existing users.
• Demonstrate HRMS features, workflows, and best practices clearly.
• Develop and update training materials (slides, guides, FAQs, videos).
• Customize training content based on client policies and requirements.
• Provide post-training support and clarify user questions.
• Collaborate with HR, Implementation, and Support teams to address training needs.
• Keep up to date with HRMS features and HR best practices.
