• Strong requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience in testing and UAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR systems expert for Workday modules and processes.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to document requirements for changes.
• Design and implement practical system enhancements that meet business needs.
• Plan, execute testing and releases; enable users and training.
• Coordinate with AMS for deployments and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
