Job summary

Atquest Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a resourceful LMS Consultant to join our Malaysia team. You will work on HRMS SaaS platforms, implementing LMS modules for clients across utilities, finance and education sectors.

Responsibilities include analyzing HR processes, configuring LMS, coordinating with project teams, and delivering practical, user-friendly solutions. A 2–4 year track record in HR technology is preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR technology, HR systems, consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Analytics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Able to translate complex requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ HR processes and pain points, and recommend LMS solutions.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Configure and implement the LMS module within the HRMS SaaS platform.
• Coordinate implementation activities, timelines, milestones and stakeholders.
• Work with clients, QA, PMs, developers and partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct testing, validate issues and manage risks.
• Communicate requirements clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
