Job summary

AtQuest is seeking an HRMS Implementation Consultant to join our Malaysia team in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya. This on-site role combines HR knowledge, technology, and client engagement to deliver LMS implementations within our HRMS SaaS platform.

You will translate HR processes into system configurations, support testing and delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant HR tech experience.
• Experience in HRMS SaaS platforms and LMS implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand HR processes and translate into LMS solutions within HRMS.
• Configure and implement LMS module on HRMS SaaS platform.
• Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, QA, PMs, developers and partners.
• Conduct functional testing, validation and quality checks.
