Atquest Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a resourceful LMS Consultant to join our Malaysia team. You will work on HRMS SaaS platforms, implementing LMS modules for clients across utilities, finance and education sectors.

Responsibilities include analyzing HR processes, configuring LMS, coordinating with project teams, and delivering practical, user-friendly solutions. A 2–4 year track record in HR technology is preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR technology, HR systems, consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Analytics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Able to translate complex requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions.

We are looking for a resourceful, driven and well-organised LMS Consultant to join our Malaysia team. This role combines HR knowledge, technology and client engagement, giving you hands-on exposure to Learning Management System (LMS) implementation within an HRMS SaaS platform, across clients from different industries, including utilities, financial institutions and education.

You will work with clients to understand their HR processes and business needs, translate them into system solutions, and support the implementation from configuration through testing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients’ HR processes, business needs and pain points, and recommend suitable Learning Management (LMS) solutions within the HRMS platform.

Analyse requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.

Configure and implement the Learning Management (LMS) module within the HRMS SaaS platform, ensuring the system supports clients’ learning and development needs.

Coordinate implementation activities, timelines, milestones and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Work closely with clients, QA, Project Managers, Software Developers and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.

Conduct functional testing, validation and quality checks to identify system issues, process gaps and implementation risks.

Monitor project progress, follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Communicate requirements and solutions clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of relevant experience in HR technology, HR systems, consulting, business analysis, system implementation or related fields, with familiarity in HRMS SaaS platforms and Learning Management System (LMS) implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Analytics or a related discipline.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Able to understand complex requirements and translate them into practical, user-friendly solutions.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Confident in engaging with clients and working with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

Experience with enterprise HCM / HRMS or Talent Management platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar solutions.

Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is an advantage.

Background in HR technology implementation, digital HR transformation or HR consulting.

Experience in project coordination or project management.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HRMS modules such as Recruitment, Performance & Goal Management or Core HR.
